Spiti Peony is part of a complex of 18 privately owned homes, with a large communal garden with barbecue area. The house has a split level layout with the lounge and dining room on the ground floor, the front terrace which is furnished with table and chairs. The back terrace has a covered area with dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer meals. There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a mezzanine with a double fouton. Upstairs, off one of the bedrooms, is a walk out balcony with table and chairs and sea view overlooking Naxos. The kitchen fully fitted with a full size oven and hob and fridge/freezer. The house is furnished and equipped for maximum comfort and enjoyment with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. A spacious kitchen, which has everything needed for those who wish to cook their own meals, although there are 5 tavernas within ten minutes walk. The front terrace enjoys the morning sun and the rear terrace from noon until sunset. Four sunbeds and a parasol are provided for the beach together with beach towels. All linen is provided, including towels, tea-towels etc. Complete with TV, DVD player, ipod dock, washing machine and outside shower.
